Christian focused Equinox on the beverage alcohol market to offer unfair sales advantages to clients over seven years ago. The firm continues to combine best-in-class cloud-based data and technology with advanced sales practices. In the previous twenty-five years, Christian pioneered new markets and services in leadership roles at Fortune 1000 tech companies. His CRM expertise extends back to the pre-Windows era when he designed an award winning CRM platform that was later acquired by one of his company's technology partners.
Ever the change agent, Christian drove profound academic improvement in California public education co-founding one of the country's leading performing arts high schools. He is an avid fly-fisher, gourmet cook, amateur wine snob and aspiring jazz musician.
Patricia Morrow
Operations Partner
Patricia’s expertise includes business process analysis and way-of-work improvements across finance, supply chain, and sales. Early onshe worked with a leading spirits supplier in sales and operations management. She is an expert in CRM, reporting tools and survey best practices which she refined in client facing roles at GreatVines, an Equinox Technology Partner.
She completed her Master of Science at Northwestern University in Predictive Analysis. Patricia is a certified Salesforce Admin and working on her Developer certification. She resides in Miami with her dog, two turtles and a duck. We are pretty sure she tames her passionate left brain with tropical spirits, sans umbrella.
